A 15$ entry is required. This game is single elimination. You will start with one pack of Theros, on your second round you will get Born of the Gods, 3rd round will receive Journey Into Nyx and repeated. Winner will get a box of Journey Into Nyx or may elect to get M15 when it releases. There will be no limit on players.
